“When I arrived, the desk clerk asked if I had been notified about the rate increase. Of course, I had not been notified. The rate was double what I thought I would be paying when I booked it. It was about 7 pm by then, so I was stuck. Not happy about this at all. I booked here because of the rate. ”

Room is beautiful, courtyard is stunning: thank you all!!!! Had a rain bubble in the roof when checking in and once front desk knew they switched us room asap and comped 2 dinners !! Amazing !! “This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am. I would definitely recommend staying here. ”
