Hotel a West Phoenix

“We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. She said she can only find us a king bed, so we had to deal with it. We went up to the new room and it turned out to be two queen beds. Which was beneficial to us, but still upsetting that she didn’t even know the...

“Worst hotel in us”

“This was the second time we stayed at the Green Tree Phoenix West. It has security which was one of our important features. The hotel is quiet and well kept. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Janet greeted us at the check in desk. She was professional, friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. It was a quick overnight stay so we were not able to have breakfast. Our room was , quiet and comfortable . When we need to stay in the area we will always be staying at this hotel.”

“Evitatelo! Noi ci siamo capitati per caso perché non trovavamo niente di libero. Aperto Expedia e prenotato il primo hotel disponibile. Zona malfamata con brutti giri, la stanza lasciamo perdere.. vecchia con mobili rotti, capelli ovunque, lenzuola e teli macchiati. Avessimo speso 40€ posso capire, ma ne abbiamo spesi ben 150€!! ”

“The staff is amazing, but unfortunately this place is ridden with cockroaches and bed bugs, yet they now charge higher than cleaner hotels in the area. It used to be worth it, because it was cheap, so it made you not pay so much attention to the cockroaches. They seemed to get new management, who seemed to be Pakistani or Indian, and surprise surprise, they raise the rates while still having cockroaches and bed bugs. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.”

“We arrived and checked in fine. There were drug addicts surrounding the place. The pool was DIRTY. And open to the street for the people on drugs and doing drugs to watch. After checking I noticed the door didn’t close or lock properly so we had to move rooms. The staff was nice but the gave us keys that were not activated so it made the transition super frustrating . In the the middle of the night in the new room there was noises coming from someone trying to enter the door! Over and over to...
